According to surveys of 333 people, it has been found that 98.2% are interested in eating healthy and 83.5% are willing to pay between S/20.00 and S/25.00 for each healthy lunch. Due to the great versatility offered by the sale of healthy lunches through vending machines, it is estimated that 93,600 lunches will be sold in the first year, for which it is necessary to acquire 18 vending machines, being the business model scalable and with exponential growth, as shown in the financial results. A marketing plan is also contemplated to guarantee the brand positioning process. For the investment, an amount of S/662,895.10 has been determined for the first year. Regarding the profitability of the business model, a positive financial NPV of S/8,578,670.46, an IRR of 150.13% and a social NPV of S/10,474,223.33 were projected, considering a discount rate of 8.00%.
