Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación identifica un problema social relevante que se
presenta principalmente por la falta de oportunidades en el sector rural, lo cual genera que
muchas personas en nuestro país no cuenten con recursos adicionales, manteniéndolos en
condiciones de pobreza, cuyo indicador para ésta año 2022 llegaría al 27.5%; por ello se
presenta una solución de negocios dará la oportunidad a mujeres agricultoras y artesanos de
zonas alto andinas con especialidad en cerámica y pintura a generar ingresos adicionales que
les permita mejorar su calidad de vida.
El modelo de negocio se orienta no solo al apoyo a personas de bajos ingresos, sino
que también se orienta a contribuir con el medio ambiente y a mejorar los hábitos
alimenticios de las personas, generando así una cadena de valor importante. HIDRORAICES
es un emprendimiento que ingresará al mercado de los productos hidropónicos con huertos
que destacan por su diferenciación con el resto del mercado, donde se promocionará el arte,
conectando con la diversidad cultural de nuestros antepasados y permitiendo a nuestros
usuarios mejorar sus hábitos alimenticios.
HIDRORAICES, es sostenible socialmente porque permitirá mejorar condiciones de
vida de muchas personas, principalmente de mujeres agricultoras y artesanos incluyendo a
sus familias, además contribuirá a la optimización del uso del recurso hídrico, menor uso de
fertilizantes, pesticidas y abonos en la producción agrícola y mejora de la salud de las
personas por su orientación al consumo de alimentos saludables.
Finalmente, el emprendimiento es financieramente viable ya que se inicia con una
inversión de S/390,758, obteniendo un valor actual neto (VAN) igual a S/ 3,939,917 y una
tasa interna de retorno (TIR) igual a 126.86%.
This present work identifies a relevant social problem that is mainly due to the lack of opportunities in the rural sector, which generates that many people in our country do not have additional resources, keeping them in conditions of poverty, whose indicator for this year 2022 would reach 27.5%; therefore, a business solution is presented that will allow women farmers and artisans in high Andean areas specializing in ceramics and painting to generate additional income that will allow them to improve their quality of life. The business model is oriented not only to support low-income people also to contribute to the environment and improve people is eating habits, thus generating an important value chain. HIDRORAICES is a venture that will enter the market of hydroponic products with gardens that stand out for their differentiation from the rest of the market, where the art of people will be promoted, connecting with the cultural diversity of our ancestors, and allowing our users to improve their eating habits. HIDRORAICES is socially sustainable because it will improve the living conditions of people, especially women farmers and artisans including their families. It will also contribute to optimizing the use of water resources, reduce the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and fertilizers in agricultural production, and improve people's health by encouraging the consumption of healthy foods. Finally, the project is financially viable since it starts with an investment of S/390,758, obtaining a net present value (NPV) equal to S/ 3,939,917 and an internal rate of return (IRR) equal to 126.86%.
