This document exposes the relevant social problem identified in the tourism sector, where the current offer of tourist services requires a transformation to adapt to the structural changes caused by the global context. To do this, we were used some agile methodologies and creative tools to identify those problems that affect the quality of the user experience. Thus, Natural Adventures is proposed as a business solution that focuses on the creation of a responsible ecotourism experience, developing cycling and trekking activities that will allow visits to communities near tourist places, promoting experiential tourism. To validate the attractiveness of the business, two hypotheses were raised and validated by verifying the intention to demand eco-friendly activities; hire services in adventure and experiential tourism; pay the price proposed for the service and determine factors such as: price, security and destination influence the purchase decision. On the other hand, to validate the desirability of the business solution, usability tests were applied that verify satisfaction in the management of the digital platform and in the tourism experience. Finally, through the Montecarlo simulation, the business feasibility was verified, reaching an average profit of 8.23 for each sol invested in marketing (VTVC / CAC) and the financial viability was validated, obtaining a high efficiency equivalent to 56% probability of that the VAN generated exceeds the simulated average VAN (greater than S/ 2’500,000). On the other hand, it was concluded that Natural Adventures is a sustainable and scalable business model that responds directly to SDGs N° 8 and 11, with a social relevance index of 57.3%, which generates a VANE of S/ 3’059,638, an IRR of 72,4% with an investment of S/ 1’057,620 and a VANS of S/ 6´296,288.
