Modelo prolab: TuPunto, propuesta sostenible para incrementar las ventas de emprendedores handmade de la ciudad de Arequipa

Resumen
El presente trabajo propone una solución de negocio atendiendo un problema social
actual en Perú, y es que las MYPEs se han visto severamente afectadas por la crisis
económica causada por el COVID-19, motivo por el cual, según la Sociedad de Comercio
Exterior del Perú (Comexperú, 2021), han disminuido la cantidad de MYPEs en un 48.8%
durante el 2020.
La solución es la plataforma online “TuPunto” dirigida a las MYPEs y/o
emprendedores que comercializan productos handmade, para que puedan publicar y vender
sus productos, y a su vez, reciban asesoramiento en tiempo real de especialistas que les
permita manejar eficientemente la plataforma; lo cual impulsará el desarrollo e incremento de
sus ventas, para tener un mayor alcance a diversos clientes, mejorar su posicionamiento en el
mercado y asegurar su sostenibilidad en el tiempo. En las pruebas de usabilidad de la
plataforma para la validación de la deseabilidad del negocio, se superaron los criterios
mínimos propuestos, obteniéndose que el 76% de los emprendedores y el 80% de los
compradores están satisfechos con la plataforma.
Respecto a las 3BL, en relación a la viabilidad financiera, se estimó una inversión
inicial de S/ 200,000.00 para el desarrollo de la plataforma con una proyección financiera de
VAN equivalente a S/ 6’128,337.37 para los primeros cinco años y una TIR de 136.76%.
Asimismo, en relación a la viabilidad social y ambiental, se estimaron los beneficios y costos
por tiempos ahorrados y emisiones de CO2 con un VAN de S/ 31’582,403.
Por lo tanto, “TuPunto” es una propuesta sostenible alineada con los ODS 8, 10 y 17
ofreciendo oportunidades de desarrollo para los emprendedores, para impulsarlos a
conectarse con el e-commerce por medio de capacitaciones a cargo de la empresa, cuyo fin
más allá de las ganancias es el bienestar de la comunidad y el medio ambiente.
This work proposes a business solution to a current social problem in our country, and that is that the small and medium size business have been severely affected by the economic crisis caused by COVID-19, according to the Foreign Trade Society of Peru (Comexperú, 2021), the number of small and medium business have decreased by 48.8% during 2020. The solution is the online platform "TuPunto" aimed at small and medium business and / or entrepreneurs who sell handmade products, so that they can publish and sell their products, and in turn, receive advice in real time from specialists that allow them to efficiently manage the platform; which will promote the development and increase of their sales, to have a greater reach to various clients, improve its position in the market and ensure its sustainability over time. In the usability tests of the platform to validate the desirability of the business, the minimum criteria proposed were exceeded, obtaining that 76% of the entrepreneurs and 80% of the buyers are satisfied with the platform. Regarding to the 3BL, in relation to financial viability, an initial investment of S / 200,000.00 for the development of the platform will get a financial projection of NPV equivalent to S / 6’128,337.37 for the first five years and an IRR of 136.76%. Likewise, in relation to social and environmental viability, the benefits and costs for time saved and CO2 emissions were estimated with a NPV of S / 31’582,403. Therefore, "TuPunto" is a sustainable proposal aligned with SDG 8, 10 and 17, offering development opportunities for entrepreneurs, to encourage them to connect with e commerce through training given by the company, whose purpose is beyond the profits is the well-being of the community and the environment.
