This thesis addresses the critical challenge faced by farmers in the Arequipa region: the recruitment of specialized labor for agricultural work. This problem directly impacts the efficiency and productivity of crop fields. The central problem identified is the lack of an efficient means or system that connects farmers with qualified day laborers in the Peruvian agricultural sector. This disconnection leads to long periods to fill vacancies and the underutilization of agricultural land. The Jornalito application is positioned as an innovative solution to solve these challenges. Designed to improve the connection between farmers and day laborers, Jornalito seeks to optimize the recruitment of agricultural labor, promoting fairer and more equitable working conditions for farm workers. The positive acceptance by farmers and laborers supports its transformative potential by improving efficiency in human resource management in the agricultural sector. The results of the study show that Jornalito is financially viable, with a Net Present Value (NPV) S/. 3,168,797.46 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 116% that reflect its profitability and economic sustainability. This model not only represents an innovative solution, but is also aligned with several of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as SDG 1 End poverty. In conclusion, Jornalito represents a proposal for an innovative technological solution for employment management in Peruvian agriculture. More than just a tool, this application offers a significant opportunity to improve the working and economic conditions of farmers, proving to be a replicable model with the potential to scale to other sectors and contribute to the sustainable socioeconomic development of the country.
