Abstract
En el presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “El cuento infantil como recurso
didáctico para el aprendizaje socioemocional del niño de segundo ciclo de la
Educación Básica Regular”, se consideró necesario indagar sobre recursos que
contribuyeran en el desarrollo del aprendizaje socioemocional y en el manejo de
situaciones desafiantes de forma asertiva. Para favorecer este aprendizaje en
niños de segundo ciclo de la EBR, se eligió el uso de cuentos infantiles debido a
su versatilidad para ser utilizados como recurso didáctico. Como objetivo
principal de la investigación, se propuso analizar el uso del cuento como recurso
didáctico para el aprendizaje socioemocional. Respecto a la metodología de
estudio, esta se trabajó desde el enfoque cualitativo, en el cual se empleó el
método de investigación documental. La investigación concluyó en que el cuento
constituye un recurso didáctico significativo para el aprendizaje socioemocional
del niño de segundo ciclo dentro de la esfera académica y personal. Asimismo,
se demostró la importancia del rol docente para incentivar el desarrollo de las
competencias socioemocionales de sus estudiantes a través de la lectura
mediada. Por otro lado, el presente trabajo de investigación, incentiva el uso del
cuento para que constituya un recurso didáctico que debe ser empleado de forma
permanente por el docente de prescolar para desarrollar las habilidades
socioemocionales de sus estudiantes.
The research work entitled: "The children's story as a didactic resource for the socio-emotional learning of the child in the second cycle of Regular Basic Education", it was considered necessary to inquire about resources that contribute to the development of socio-emotional learning and the management of challenging situations assertively. To favor this learning in children of the second cycle of the EBR, the use of children's stories was chosen due to their versatility to be used as a didactic resource. As the main objective of the research, it was proposed to analyze the use of the story as a didactic resource for socio-emotional learning. Regarding the study methodology, this was worked from the qualitative approach, in which the documentary research method was used. The investigation concluded that the story constitutes a significant didactic resource for the socio-emotional learning of the second cycle child within the academic and personal sphere. Likewise, the importance of the teaching role was demonstrated to encourage the development of the socio-emotional competencies of their students through mediated reading. On the other hand, the present research work encourages the use of the story so that it constitutes a didactic resource that must be used permanently by the preschool teacher to develop the socio-emotional skills of their students.
