Abstract
En el presente trabajo el autor evoca el pensamiento de Piero Calamandrei sobre la tutela cautelar, evidenciando la majestuosidad de la monografía que publicara en 1936, su contribución en la formación de una teoría general sobre esta forma de tutela y en la evolución normativa posterior, así como la vigencia y la actualidad de sus enfoques más allá de las fronteras italianas.
In this paper the author evokes the thought of Piero Calamandrei on interim protection, highlighting the majesty of the monograph published in 1936, its contribution to the formation of a general theory of this form of protection and the future legal developments and as the validity and actu-ality of their approaches beyond the Italian borders.
