Peru always has been a mining country and these minerals are exported, mainly, as concentrates using the infrastructure of mining logistics operators. In this report the major companies engaged in the exportation of these products have been identified; their current situation and future prospects were studied, and the vision, mission and values are being defined for the decisions facing the 2025. The information acquired was used to develop the Strategic Planning of the Industry of Logistics of Mineral Concentrates Exportation in Peru based on D'Alessio’s Strategic Management sequential model (2013). The thorough analysis of the external and internal factors affecting the industry, allowed to identify the main opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses which were used as main inputs for the development of the matrices of the model that have served to establish the main strategies to achieve the long term and short term objectives, thus achieving the vision and complying with the predefined mission. The Industry of Logistics of Mineral Concentrates Exportation is an attractive and competitive industry with high entry barriers (large investment and know-how of the business) for new competitors, where customers have low bargaining power, the substitutes (local refineries) represent a small threaten with low competition between competitors given the geographical distribution and joint adventures undertaken. In this context, the sector has experienced a sustained growth, even above the economic growth of the country's GDP.
