Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general reflexionar sobre los riesgos
psicosociales, disergonómicos en el ámbito de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo respecto
al Teletrabajo y Trabajo Remoto, tomando como base la problemática generada en el
contexto de la pandemia del Covid-19, cuando muchos trabajadores se vieron en la
obligación de trabajar a distancia utilizando sus propios medios de trabajo, lo que
ocasionó una serie de dolencias físicas y psíquicas que repercutieron en la salud de los
mismos. Se incluyó el citado de diversos comentarios de juristas internacionales, así como
el citado de normas internacionales para complementar las bases necesarias que requerían
la prevención de riesgos disergonómicos y psicosociales, también se extrajo normas del
ordenamiento jurídico peruano para enfocar el problema y las posibles soluciones desde
la perspectiva nacional. La utilización de estas fuentes bibliográficas ayudó de manera
muy considerable al presente trabajo.
The present work's general objective is to reflect on the psychosocial, disergonomic risks in the field of Safety and Health at Work with respect to Teleworking and Remote Work, taking as a basis the problems generated in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, when many workers were forced to work remotely using their own means of work, which caused a series of physical and mental ailments that affected their health. The citation of various comments by international jurists was included, as well as the citation of international norms to complement the necessary bases that required the prevention of disergonomic and psychosocial risks, norms were also extracted from the Peruvian legal system to focus on the problem and possible solutions from the national perspective. The use of these bibliographic sources greatly helped the present work.
