ODS 10 y ODS 12.
This thesis seeks to address a relevant social problem in our country, which is the little connection between micro and small enterprises (SMBs), who due to lack of opportunities are unable to achieve sustainable growth, with medium and large companies, who need to process indirect purchases of the business. This indirect purchase represents approximately 80% of the volume but only 20% of the total purchasing Budget; however, if it were mismanaged, could generate operational problems and even loss of potential savings. The solution that we propose is based on the development of a platform that allows connecting SMBs and various suppliers with medium and large companies, so that they mutually benefit, thus generating a sustainable business model which we will call CompraCorp, a Marketplace which allow multiple suppliers to be shown in a unique space, whom we will call: strategic partners. These will be able to offer a variety of products and services that will satisfy the indirect purchases of medium and large companies that use our platform in exchange for a monthly subscription, and whom we will call: subscriber users. The solution that was validated through the prototype and flowchart presented to the potential users of the platform, considers an initial investment of S/387,000 mainly for software development and the implementation of the platform, and generates an internal rate of return of 69% with a net present value of US$ 1’171,000 for a 5-years scenario and a payback of 4.03 years, being a sustainable and scalable business model aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 8, SDG 10 and SDG 12.
