integrantes de estas ollas sí tienen la voluntad de trabajar en conjunto y fortalecer la Red;
The COVID-19 pandemic caused a severe food crisis; Thus, to counteract this problem, in the district of Villa El Salvador reappeared the communal pots (understood as community kitchens or soup kitchens), which continue to work to this day. For this reason, the project works with the members of the communal pots of the mentioned district, who are part of the Communal Pots Network of Villa El Salvador (Red de Ollas de V.E.S.). This Red de Ollas plays a fundamental role in the attempt to reduce food insecurity. However, if the members do not recognize themselves as social agents that collaborate, the organization could disappear. Therefore, this research aims to ensure that the Red de Ollas de V.E.S. members recognize their organization as a social agent that collectively improves its institutional cohesion. To execute this proposal, the following variables have been worked on: work motivation, social agents, organizational structure, Red de Ollas, and disarticulation. Likewise, in the pilot project, participatory and debate workshops have been developed, in which members of 7 commununal pots of the 29 that belong to the organization attended. In conclusion, the members of these pots do have the will to work together and strengthen the network; however, they do not have the necessary tools to do so. Through the project, this organization can be strengthened so that, in this way, its existence is not put at risk again.
