Abstract
El presente trabajo detalla una solución sostenible para enfrentar un problema social
relevante que afrontan las PYMEs en el mercado latinoamericano, en el cual la carencia de
señalización no les permite posicionarse en el mercado B2B; asimismo, la ausencia de
herramientas tecnológicas es la principal dificultad que impide a las PYMEs establecer
relaciones comerciales beneficiosas a largo plazo, con las medianas y grandes empresas. Del
mismo modo, para las grandes empresas, se detecta la dificultad para encontrar proveedores
que inspiran confiabilidad en cuanto a calidad y garantía.
La solución viable que se plantea es la implementación de la plataforma web, a la que
se denominará “Easy Connection”, la cual permitirá conectar de manera sencilla y de forma
eficiente a PYMEs (proveedores), con las medianas y grandes empresas (compradores). Con
ello, se podrá obtener una óptima señalización comercial, el acceso a las nuevas herramientas
tecnológicas y una rápida transacción comercial.
Finalmente, se concluye que Easy Connection es un modelo de negocio que, de
acuerdo con el análisis financiero, es viable, ya que el VAN del proyecto tiene un valor
positivo que asciende a S/ 3,150,162 y un TIR del 142% en un plazo de cinco años.
Asimismo, este modelo es sostenible y escalable porque produce un impacto social, ya que se
encuentra alineado a los ODS 8, 9, 10 y 17, contribuyendo a sus diversas metas. De esta
manera, la adopción de la sostenibilidad en el modelo permitirá ofrecer una ventaja
competitiva a la solución innovadora.
This paper details a sustainable solution, since the relevant social problem presented by SMEs in the Latin American market was identified, in which the lack of signaling does not allow them to position themselves in the B2B market; Likewise, the absence of technological tools are the main pains that make it difficult for SMEs to establish beneficial long-term business relationships with medium and large companies. In the same way, for large companies, it is difficult to find suppliers that inspire reliability in terms of quality and guarantee. The viable solution that is proposed is the implementation of the web platform, which will be called "Easy Connection", which will allow connecting SMEs (suppliers) with medium and large companies (buyers) in a simple and efficient way. With this, it will be possible to obtain optimal commercial signage, access to new technological tools and a fast commercial transaction. Finally, it is concluded that Easy Connection is a business model that, according to the financial analysis, is a viable business, since the NPV of the project has a positive value and amounts to S/ 3,150,162 and an IRR of 142% in a term of five years. Likewise, this model is sustainable and scalable because it has a social impact, since it is aligned with SDGs 8, 9, 10 and 17, contributing to their various goals. In this way, the adoption of sustainability in the model will offer a competitive advantage to the innovative solution.
