This document details the process regarding how a relevant social problem was identified and a specific solution was developed, taking into account the commercial activity within the parent company S.E. (identified only as S.E. considering aspects of business confidentiality), as well as group work tools that allows the raising of new proposed solution. In that sense, Gebler Lighting raise as a solution capable to integrate not only the import, sale and installation of electricity generating plants using solar panels, but also includes different services that allows to medium and small companies, have the guarantee of return on invested capital through savings in electricity rates, monitoring and optimization of consumption and sustainable image implicitly acquired by the use of this type of clean technology. The proposed solution has been evaluated through validation processes with potential users, including owners and managers of stores, juice shops, restaurants, wineries, businesses, etc. in Lima and Callao, obtaining an acceptance rate of 94.38%. On the other hand, it was determined that the project is feasible both operationally and financially, with a marketing plan efficiency that borders on 79.28%, in addition the project is considered desirable after having demonstrated the veracity of the respective hypotheses. Regarding sustainability criteria, Gebler Lighting is aligned with SDGs 7.2, 7.3 and 13.3, which implies an SRI of 50% with S/. 70’685,759 as Net Social Present Value. Additionally, on the financial side, it is a viable project since it starts as an intrapreneurship with an investment of S/2’070,029, increasing the volume of sales with non-exponential financial flows for the next 5 years, with a NPV of S/3’350,798 (US$881,789) and an IRR of 56%
