Resumen
La presente investigación analiza los factores que contribuyen y/o limitan la implementación de las acciones de la empresa social Misha Rastrera para generar valor compartido a través de su intervención en dos organizaciones socias: la Asociación Praderas de Vida, en el distrito de San Juan de Miraflores, en Lima; y el comité de Sangre de Grado, en la comunidad nativa de Yurilamas, región San Martín, como estudio de caso.
A partir de la encuesta semi estructurada realizada a las y los sujetos de derecho de las organizaciones socias, el equipo ejecutor, los actores clave, junto con la revisión documental de las propuestas, se hace un análisis cualitativo del estudio de caso.
En este marco, para generar valor compartido con los grupos de interés que forman parte de las organizaciones, la empresa Misha Rastrera realiza acciones
que no solo implican crear valor económico, sino que también involucran a las y los líderes de las organizaciones socias. Ello les permite dirigir y tomar decisiones creando valor para la sociedad con sus iniciativas, abordando necesidades y desafíos sociales y ambientales para un desarrollo sostenible de manera ética y responsable.
Los factores que se analizan responden a las acciones que se implementan en las organizaciones socias y cómo estas influyen o limitan para generar valor compartido a nivel de incidencia económica, social y ambiental mediante las actividades económicas que desarrollan cada una y cómo perciben estas acciones los principales actores. Con los resultados del análisis se propone a la empresa social, y a aquellas empresas que realizan intervenciones de características similares, fortalecer las acciones utilizando herramientas que les permitan medir el impacto que están generando como actores y actrices de cambio en la economía, en la comunidad y en el ambiente, producto del valor compartido.
The present research analyzes the factors that contribute and/or limit the implementation of the actions of the social enterprise Misha Rastrera to generate shared value through its intervention in two partner organizations, the Praderas de Vida Association in the district of San Juan de Miraflores and the Sangre de Grado committee in the native community of Yurilamas as a case study. Based on the semi-structured survey of the subjects of law of the partner organizations, executing team, key actors and documentary review of the proposals, a qualitative analysis of the case study is made. Within this framework, to generate shared value with the stakeholders that are part of the organizations, the company Misha Rastrera carries out actions which not only involves creating economic value, but also involves the leaders of partner organizations so that they can lead and make decisions creating value for society with their initiatives, addressing social and environmental needs and challenges for sustainable development in an ethical and responsible manner. The factors analyzed respond to the actions that are implemented in the partner organizations and how they influence or limit to generate shared value at the level of economic, social and environmental impact through the economic activities developed by each one and how these actions are perceived by the main actors. With the results of the analysis, it is proposed to the social enterprise and those companies that carry out interventions of similar characteristics to strengthen the actions using tools that allow them to measure the impact they are generating as actors and actors of change in the economy, in the community and in the environment product of shared value.
