Resumen
El presente Planeamiento Estratégico de las Compañías de Financiamiento en
Colombia, se desarrolla con base en el modelo secuencial diseñado por Fernando D’Alessio,
que se inicia con el análisis interno y externo del país, que permite identificar las fortalezas,
debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas a las que se enfrenta el sector, y así, diseñar
estrategias que buscan alcanzar los objetivos de corto y largo plazo para lograr
posicionamiento en Colombia y destacarse por ser líder en banca especializada;
contribuyendo a la creación de valor compartido a través de mejoras en la calidad de vida de
la sociedad y generando índices de liquidez y rentabilidad que les permita ser sostenibles en
el Sector Financiero Colombiano.
Las Compañías de financiamiento en Colombia han tenido un crecimiento sostenido
durante los últimos tres años, son las únicas autorizadas para realizar operaciones directas de
leasing y ofrecer otros servicios, como el microcrédito, que en línea con sus objetivos, busca
beneficiar a las personas que han tenido barreras de acceso al sector financiero y que
requieren fuentes de financiación para sus actividades económicas; por lo que se deben
desarrollar programas de capacitación financiera frente a niveles de endeudamiento y buenas
prácticas de consumo, con el fin de controlar el comportamiento de pago y responsabilidad.
Dicho sector cuenta con una estructura liviana en comparación con las otras entidades que
conforman el Sistema Financiero, esta característica se representa en sus bajos costos y
agilidad en las operaciones, convirtiéndose en un modelo de negocio competitivo en el sector.
Por lo anterior, las Compañías de Financiamiento en Colombia deben concentrarse en
la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas y diversificación de sus puntos estratégicos
de tal forma que garanticen el incremento de sus resultados financieros
This Strategic Plan of the Colombian financial companies is developed on the sequential model designed by Fernando D'Alessio, starting with the internal and external analysis of the country, allowing it to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing this sector. Therefor designing strategies that seek to achieve the short and long term objectives and so reaching a position in the Colombian market standing out as a leader in specialized banking; Contributing with the creation of shared value through improvements in the quality of life of society, producing indexes of liquidity and profitability, will allow them to be sustainable in the Colombian Financial Sector The financial companies in Colombia have had a sustained growth over the last three years, and are the only ones authorized to carry out direct leasing operations and offer other services, such as micro credit, which can be acquired on line, and its objective is to seek benefits to those who have had limited access to the financial sector and require funding sources for their economic activities; this is why training programs should be developed preparing persons against debt and providing good consumer practices, promoting good payment behavior and responsibility. This sector has a light structure when compared to the other entities that make up the Financial System; this characteristic presents itself in the form of low costs and a greater agility in the operations, becoming a competitive business model in the sector. Therefore, the Financial Companies in Colombia should concentrate on the implementation of technological tools and on the diversify of their strategic points in order to guarantee the increase of their financial results
