Abstract
Este trabajo presenta una solución sustentable de negocio con la finalidad de atender
un problema social relevante relacionado con la salud de los peruanos. La necesidad que se
identifica es permitir el acceso a un servicio de salud de calidad para las personas de nivel
socioeconómico B buscando busca cerrar la brecha que hoy existe en el acceso a atenciones
que permitan el cuidado desde un enfoque preventivo a un sector que hoy se encuentra
desatendido ya sea por el sector público y privado, ofreciendo un servicio de atención rápida
y a un precio accesible. Busca democratizar la atención oportuna a más personas,
independientemente de su situación económica, ubicación geográfica o condición.
Se propone el desarrollo de una plataforma web (Estar bien) que permite a los
usuarios agendar atenciones en salud desde un enfoque preventivo y promocional con
diversos profesionales de la salud, permitiéndoles tener el control completo sobre el cuidado
de su salud a través de servicios de planificación familiar, psicología, orientación en nutrición
y acompañamiento durante el embarazo. El método de trabajo realizado se orientó a conocer
las necesidades de los usuarios para determinar el servicio a brindar en la plataforma web,
con la finalidad de ofrecer un servicio integral de calidad a un precio asequible.
Los resultados determinaron que los varones y mujeres, pertenecientes al segmento
socioeconómico B, entre las edades de 18 a 39 años, estarán interesados en acceder a los
servicios de salud preventiva y promocional; por lo que la solución tendría la oportunidad de
749 mil personas en Lima, mediante sus características de diferenciación: (a) servicio de
calidad, (b) atención rápida y (c) precios competitivos. El estimado de ventas potenciales
anuales varía entre 5,000 y 35,000 servicios, a través de su página web. Finalmente, los
resultados financieros indican que el modelo de negocio es viable generando en el primer año
de funcionamiento una venta de más de 5,000 servicios y captar el 1.7% del potencial
mercado. Asimismo, la TIR es de 177% al final de los cinco años.
The following project presents a sustainable business solution to address a relevant social problem related to the health of Peruvians. The identified need is the following: allow access to low price and high-quality health care for people of a B socio-economic level, seeking to close the gap that today exists to access good medical attention to allow a sector that today is ignored either by the public and private sector to take care from a preventive approach. The project seeks to democratize medic attention to more people, regardless of their economic situation, geographical location or condition. The project proposes the development of a web platform (Estar bien) that allows users to schedule health care attentions from a preventive and promotional approach with various health professionals, allowing them to have complete control over their health through family planning consultancy, psychology, nutrition guidance and accompaniment during pregnancy. The picked method of work was oriented to know the needs of users to determine the service to be provided on the web platform, in order to offer an integral high-quality service at an affordable price. The results determined that both men and women, belonging to the B socio-economic segment between the ages of 18 and 39, will be interested in accessing preventive and promotional health services, hence it was estimated that the project could reach up to 749 thousand people in Lima, through the following differentiating features: (a) high quality service, (b) rapid attention and (c) competitive prices. The estimated potential annual sales range between 5,000 and 35,000 services, through the website. Finally, the financial results indicate that the business model is viable by generating in the first year of operation 5,000 services and capturing 1.7% of the potential market. The internal rate of return (IRR) is 177% at the end of the fifth year.
