Yura Inc. (Yura) is a truly important company within the Gloria Business Group, it has become the source of income for the group's projects by both their business profits and bonds issued from their assets and cash flow. Yura has followed the steps of their market leader, UNACEM, it has transformed into an international company by establishing offices in Ecuador and the United States of America. Yura has also attributed to its international expansion by opening factories in Bolivia and Ecuador. As opposed to Cementos Pacasmayo who has prioritized their focus on the strengthening of its domestic market. Under this premise, this Strategic Plan proposes the strengthening of Yura by increasing its revenues through: Partnerships with both the public and private business sectors enabling it to increase its participation in the development process of housing and infrastructure with public and private investment. This increase in revenues is based on defending its market share and a moderate growth; it will allow Yura take part of the revenue generated by new projects. Increasing their international market by continuing its acquisitions and beginning the distribution of its ecological cement in foreign markets where it will have greater acceptance due to the importance of caring and protecting the environment. Products diversification offered to the market including cement as well as other building aggregates. Strengthening its retail network "To Build" that will be more than a distribution network and will be the new projects developer for self-builders considering that 60% of consumption in the market is self-building. Development of its ammonium nitrate industry from which it can take full advantage as the only national producer in the market and considering the new import legislation
