NIRF Medic is a project that will provide integrated and digital service for mobile tomography, which arises from the need to cover the demand due to the increase of patients. The service consists of carrying the tomographic system installed in a conditioned, safe and adaptable module by means of a mobile transport system to carry out such examinations. This feature enriches the service to the extent that by having a mobile characteristic, it will move to where the client requires it quickly and efficiently. In addition, it uses technology through the cloud that acts as a digital virtual channel of permanent and shared access that allows speed in the diagnosis process, as well as the management of information online. Likewise, it takes logistics as a base of its service, alleviating the operational and administrative burden of the different medical centers that often affects their care areas, taking care of the equipment, maintenance, insurance, municipal and authority permits of competent radiological safety, in addition to human resources such as assistance personnel, medical personnel, administrative and operational personnel. It also proposes two care lines, a standard service with lower cost that will contribute to the care of the most vulnerable and low-income population, being socially responsible, and another premium service with complementary proposals that include technological tools for immediate diagnosis. This alternative solution is sustainable since it will contribute in a constant way with the treatments of different endemic diseases. Finally, this business proposal is financially profitable due to the existence of a permanent demand for the tomography service, to the extent that it is the diagnostic tool most used by medical centers to carry out treatments for various diseases, which gives rise to having guaranteeing growth of the service.
