Water is considered the main natural resource for industrial, agricultural and domestic use and despite its importance, problems related to its scarcity and waste have increased since the last decade. Population, economic growth and pollution, affect directly this finite renewable resource, under this premise, the present project is called domestic wastewater reuse system, whose main objective is to provide a treatment system for residual water in condominiums and/or housing complexes that provides an alternative to reduce the unnecessary expense of water in domestic activities and it can be used in other activities that do not contemplate human consumption, such as irrigation of green areas, washing floors , use in toilets and showers, among others; being this system a good alternative in the utilization of the hydric resource. This alternative solution produces economic benefits, at the same time, it will generate a social impact with a VANS of S / 1,647,960 Soles, achieving water savings of 40%, which represents S/ 2,076,840 Soles in the five years of service. The implementation of this system will contribute to the objectives of SDG N° 6 Clean water and sanitation and SDG N° 12 Responsible production and consumption whose impact will be reflected in a sustainable future for society. Finally, the financial projection is for 5 years, obtaining as a result a VANE S/ 2,420,376 Soles, VANF S/. 2,315,918 Soles; and TIRE of 56.77% greater than the WACC of 13.11% and the TIRF of 88.14% greater than the COK of 15.50%, whose recovery is from the second year of operation.
