Abstract
This paper analyzes the production strategy for the realization of the final-degree short film, SuperNoba, directed by Milagros Rossi. This project was executed during the pandemic caused by COVID-19. To achieve this objective, the main themes that inspired the creation of the script are described, where the relationship between violence, behavior patterns and consequent disorders are highlighted. As well as, television as a way to escape from a psychological violence environment. All of this followed by a breakdown of pre-production by area. Then, another part of the production of short film design is done. This includes 2D animation, creation of 3D spaces and filming. All this follows a structure that will ensure that each area works independently in order to optimize the delivery times detailed in the schedule. The short film's post-production strategy with distribution and dissemination proposals, based on the target audience, is also mentioned. Thus, the importance of taking into account more than one target audience and, above all, defining it clearly is mentioned. All this is analyzed through a description of each aspect. With all this, it is concluded that a project that mixes animation and real image must have a schedule with reserve times so that each area can be developed offering its best potential.
