Resumen
En el presente documento se detalla la elaboración de un plan estratégico para Financiera Credinka considerando el periodo de 2018 a 2023 con el fin de incrementar el ROE y el EBITDA, se busca lograr una medición de clima laboral, se debe incrementar la participación de mercado en créditos y depósitos así mismo se busca incrementar la participación de mercado para clientes nuevos. Los seis objetivos de largo plazo alineados en la visión del banco son: (a) Al 2023 incrementar el ROE a 10%, el ROI a 1.5% y el EBITDA a S/30,000 miles de soles, a la fecha estos indicadores son negativos, (b) Al 2023 Se debe definir una nota de 75 puntos de clima laboral. A la fecha no se cuenta con medición del clima laboral, (c) Al 2023 tener una participación de 9.91% en depósitos y la participación 7.6%. En créditos en el sistema micro financiero a nivel de financieras, al cierre del 2018 se tiene 8.3% y 6.6% respectivamente (SBS), y (f) Al 2023 incrementar la colocación de clientes nuevos en el sistema financiero del total de créditos colocados a 15%, al cierre del 2018 se encuentra en 10.43%.
El cumplimiento de estos objetivos de largo plazo será posible a través de la realización de 23 objetivos de corto plazo (OCP). Con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de largo plazo, se han retenido diferentes tipos de estrategias: (a) de integración, (b) intensivas, (c) diversificación, y (d) defensivas, en línea con los valores y código de ética de Financiera Credinka, se han fijado once políticas, que incluyen las directrices, reglas, métodos, formas prácticas y procedimientos, a que debe responder la acción de Financiera Credinka; estas políticas, inspiradas por principios de legalidad, eficiencia, productividad, desarrollo responsable, innovación, y orientación al cliente, representan las fronteras y límites del accionar gerencial que acotan la implementación de cada estrategia. Todo el planeamiento estratégico se ha desarrollado bajo el modelo secuencial del proceso estratégico, descrito por el Dr. Fernando D'Alessio.
This document details the elaboration of a strategic plan for Financiera Credinka considering the period from 2018 to 2023 in order to increase the ROE and EBITDA. It aims to achieve a measurement of working environment and increase market share in loans and deposits; aditionally, it aims to increase market share for new clients. The six long-term objectives aligned with the bank's vision are: (a) By 2023 increase ROE to 10%, ROI to 1.5% and EBITDA to 30,000 thousand soles, to the date these indicators are negative, (b) By 2023 a grade of 75 points in working environment must be defined. To the date there is no measurement of working environment, (c) By 2023 obtain a 9.91% share in deposits and 7.6% share in loans in the micro financial system, on financial entities level, by the end of 2018 the results were 8.3% and 6.6% respectively (SBS), and (f) By 2023 increase to 15% the placement of loans for new clients in the financial system of the total of loans placed, at the end of 2018 the result was at 10.43%. The fulfillment of these long-term objectives will be possible through the achievement of 23 short-term objectives (STO). In order to achieve the long-term objectives, different types of strategies have been retained: (a) integration, (b) intensive, (c) diversification, and (d) defensive, aligned with the values and code of ethics of Financiera Credinka. Eleven policies have been set, including the guidelines, rules, methods, practical forms and procedures, to which the action of Financiera Credinka must respond. These policies, inspired by principles of legality, efficiency, productivity, responsible development, innovation, and customer orientation, represent the boundaries and limits of management actions that limit the implementation of each strategy. All strategic planning has been developed under the sequential model of the strategic process, described by Dr. Fernando D'Alessio.
