Abstract
La presente investigación se justifica en la importancia de analizar cómo se
manifiestan las interacciones pedagógicas entre el docente y los estudiantes en un
entorno virtual sincrónico, la cual permita orientar las prácticas pedagógicas en
escenarios virtuales, abordar limitaciones y servir de base para futuras
investigaciones. En ese sentido, esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar cómo
se manifiestan las interacciones pedagógicas entre el docente y los estudiantes en un
aula virtual sincrónico de 3er grado de primaria en una institución educativa pública
de Lima Metropolitana. Ello, a partir de describir las interacciones que se generan en
este entorno virtual y el rol que asume el docente y los estudiantes en las interacciones
pedagógicas. La tesis se sostiene bajo un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, en
la que se tiene como informantes al docente y los estudiantes, y en el que se propone
el empleo de técnicas como la observación y la encuesta, a partir del diseño de
instrumentos como la lista de cotejo y el cuestionario para la recogida de datos, los
cuales son aplicados bajo los protocolos éticos. Los resultados obtenidos permiten
concluir que las interacciones pedagógicas se manifiestan a partir las relaciones
comunicativas que se generan entre el docente y los estudiantes, tales interacciones
involucran mayormente al docente y los estudiantes que tienen las cámaras prendidas
durante la clase; por lo tanto, se sugiere complementar esta investigación mediante el
análisis de la calidad de las interacciones pedagógicas que se generan entre estos.
The present research is justified in the importance of analyzing how the pedagogical interactions between the teacher and the students are manifested in a synchronous virtual environment, which allows to orient the pedagogical practices in virtual scenarios, address constraints and serve as a basis for future research. In this sense, this research aims to analyze how the pedagogical interactions between teachers and students are manifested in a synchronous virtual classroom of 3rd grade of primary in a public educational institution in Metropolitan Lima. This is based on describing the interactions that are generated in this virtual environment and the role that teachers and students assume in pedagogical interactions. The thesis is based on a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the teacher and students are taken as informants, and in which the use of techniques such as observation and survey is proposed, from the design of instruments such as the checklist and the questionnaire for data collection, which are applied under ethical protocols. The obtained results allow to conclude that the pedagogical interactions are manifested from the communicative relations that are generated between the teacher and the students, such interactions mostly involve the teacher and students who have the cameras on during class; therefore, it is suggested to complement this research by analyzing the quality of the pedagogical interactions that are generated between these.
