Resumen
Esta investigación tiene por finalidad realizar un planeamiento estratégico para el
desarrollo del Hongo Comestible en el Perú a efectos de promover el desarrollo de la cadena
agroexportadora y lograr desarrollar nuevos mercados en el exterior. Para concretar el
objetivo propuesto se ha realizado un análisis del entorno externo e interno, llegando a
determinar que el sector en el Perú cuenta con oportunidades y fortalezas necesarias para
desarrollar mercados en el exterior donde se puede aprovechar el rápido crecimiento de este
mercado, siendo este alto consumo explicado por sus muchos usos y diversos que les dan
distintas sociedades a los hongos, y que destacan principalmente por sus propiedades
nutricionales y medicinales.
En el ámbito interno, el rol que cumple la Asociación de Productores San Isidro
Labrador de Marayhuaca, para efectos de promover el desarrollo de sus asociados, es
importante. Este rol de liderazgo debe ampliarse a toda la cadena agroexportadora, de manera
tal que se intensifiquen acciones en forma coordinada para lograr desarrollar la asociatividad
entre comunidades campesinas y productores para generar economías de escala ante la
demanda de hongos comestibles en el mercado internacional.
Desde esta perspectiva, y en función a la literatura analizada, entrevistas, visitas a
entidades del estado y reuniones en mesa de trabajo con los principales representantes de la
cadena agroexportadora del hongo comestible, se identificaron las principales fortalezas,
oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas, derivados del proceso estratégico. Además, se definió
la visión, misión, los objetivos de largo plazo y las estrategias y acciones correspondientes
que ayudarán a fortalecer el desarrollo del sector. Seguidamente, junto con los objetivos de
corto plazo, se presenta la implementación, evaluación y control de la propuesta estratégica
para finalizar con las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
This research is intended to conduct a strategic planning for the development of edible mushrooms in Peru in order to promote the development of agro-export chain and be able to develop new markets abroad. To realize the proposed objective has conducted an analysis of environment external and internal, it is ascertained that the sector in Peru has strengths and opportunities necessary to develop overseas markets where you can take advantage of the rapid growth of this market and this high consumption explained by its many uses and diverse societies give different fungi, among which stand out for their nutritional and medicinal properties. Internally, the role played by the Association of Producers Marayhuaca San Isidro Labrador, for purposes of promoting the development of its partners, is important. This leadership role should be extended to all agricultural export chain, so that further actions to achieve a coordinated development between rural communities associativity and producers to generate economies of scale to the demand of edible mushrooms in the international market. From this perspective, and according to the literature reviewed, interviews, state entities visits and meetings of a working group with key representatives of agro-export chain of edible mushroom, were identified main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats arising from strategic process. In addition, we defined the vision, mission, goals long-term strategies and corresponding actions that will help strengthen the sector's development. Then, along with short-term objectives, is presented implementation, evaluation and control of the strategic approach to and with conclusions and recommendations.
