complejos. La implementación del sistema MRP (Material Requierement Planning) propuesta
presenta varios indicadores financieros proyectados positivos.
This consultancy proposes a solution to the dispatch problem of the COMOLSA company. It was detected that the late delivery in the office was due to inadequate scheduling of the stack, due to the use of old tools such as Excel to handle large volumes of data and perform complex calculations. The proposed implementation of the MRP system presents several positive projected financial indicators. The net profit margin is expected to increase from 0.6% to 3.8%, and the Return on Equity (ROE) would increase from 0.9% to 5%, highlighting an increase of up to 15% in gross profitability by the fifth year. Furthermore, it is projected that the net cash flow would reach S/5,306,001 by year 5. The initial investment of S/380,500 would be recovered in two years and four months, which underlines the efficiency of the proposal. A 10% growth in sales is also anticipated for year 5, attributed to the reduction of shipping delays, which would significantly improve operability and customer satisfaction. It is concluded that the implementation of the MRP system in COMOLSA is emerging as a highly profitable investment, with solid financial indicators that point to a significant increase in profitability, operational efficiency and generation of positive cash flows.
