Abstract
La tesis propuesta presenta el Diagnóstico Operativo Empresarial de Corporación
Pléyades S.A.C. con el principal objetivo de sugerir mejoras en la elaboración y gestión de
sus procesos. Cada una de estas mantiene el ahorro en costos y mejora de eficiencia como
sus principales pilares, de manera que la aplicación de todas en conjunto incremente la
rentabilidad de la empresa.
El contenido de la tesis inicia con la revisión de teoría que apoya la posterior
evaluación de tópicos de procesos operativos. Entre estos, se evalúan la ubicación y
dimensionamiento de la planta, planeamiento y diseño de los productos, planeamiento y
diseño del proceso, planeamiento y diseño de planta, planeamiento y diseño del trabajo,
planeamiento agregado, programación de operaciones productivas, gestión logística,
gestión de costos, gestión y control de la calidad, gestión del mantenimiento, y cadena de
suministro.
Luego del análisis, se concluye que la empresa debería aplicar con más rigurosidad
la gestión de sus procesos, implementar y formalizar con los empleados, todos los
documentos físicos que sugiere la teoría y mantener un nivel apropiado de compromiso con
el cambio. En su mayoría las propuestas de mejora son de índole productiva, aplicación
total o cuasi total de las prácticas sugeridas en el marco teórico y su impacto en la
eficiencia de las operaciones. Dado que para ciertos tópicos la empresa no ejerce práctica
alguna, la rentabilidad es lograda en el largo plazo y depende del compromiso de la gestión
de la empresa, la cual también es criticada y sugerida. Con las propuestas de mejora, se ha
logrado generar un beneficio total de S/ 386,667.00. En el año 2019 el beneficio esperado
es de S/195,536.00; en el 2020 es de S/155,015.80; y en el 2021 es de S/36,115.20.
The proposed thesis presents the business operational diagnosis of Corporation Pléyades S.A.C. with the main objective of suggesting improvements in the elaboration and management of its processes. Each of these maintains cost savings and improves efficiency as its main pillars, so that the application of all together increases the profitability of the company. The content of the thesis begins with the review of theory that supports the subsequent evaluation of topics of operative processes. Among these, the location and sizing of the plant, planning and design of the products, planning and design of the process, planning and design of the plant, planning and design of the work, planning added, scheduling of operations production, logistics management, cost management, quality management and control, maintenance management, and supply chain are evaluated. After the analysis, it is concluded that the company should apply more rigorously the management of its processes, implement and formalize with the employees, all the physical documents that suggests the theory and maintain an appropriate level of commitment with the change. The majority of the proposals for improvement are productive, total or quasi-total application of the practices suggested in the theoretical framework and their impact on the efficiency of the operations. Given that for certain topics the company does not exercise any practice, profitability is achieved in the long term and depends on the commitment of the management of the company, which is also criticized and suggested. With the proposals for improvement, it has been possible to generate a total profit of S/386,667.00.
