Resumen
El presente trabajo muestra las actividades realizadas y los aprendizajes obtenidos durante el
periodo de las prácticas preprofesionales en una clínica de atención psicológica ubicada en
Lima metropolitana. Estas actividades exhiben la adquisición de las competencias, diagnostica
e interviene.
Con respecto a la competencia de diagnóstico, se obtuvo como productos principales: el motivo
de consulta, la historia clínica, el análisis funcional y la presunción diagnóstica. Para llevar a
cabo esta competencia se utilizó la entrevista clínica, la observación de conducta, el auto
monitoreo y la aplicación de pruebas psicológicas.
Por el lado de la competencia interviene, se realizó un plan de trabajo bajo el marco de la terapia
cognitivo conductual, organizada en sesiones en línea durante 6 meses. Este plan se llevó a
cabo bajo la supervisión de psicólogos colegiados con mayor experiencia en la clínica.
Por último, la competencia evalúa se desarrolló a través de un taller llevado a cabo en el curso
de Psicología y Desarrollo Integral (Facultad de Psicología), cuyo objetivo central fue que los
estudiantes logren esbozar sus metas académicas en relación con sus valores personales. Se
establecieron objetivos, indicadores y medios de verificación, para evaluar la intervención
realizada. Se obtuvieron resultados mixtos, algunos objetivos fueron logrados, mientras que
otros fueron logrados parcialmente. A partir de esto se formularon diferentes recomendaciones
para futuras intervenciones dentro de esta población.
The present document shows the activities performed and the learning obtained during the period of pre-professional practices in a psychological care clinic located in metropolitan Lima. These activities show the acquisition of competencies, diagnosis, and intervention. Regarding the diagnostic competence, the main products obtained were the reason for consultation, the clinical history, the functional analysis, and the diagnostic presumption. To carry out this competence different techniques were used like the clinical interview, behavioral observation, self-monitoring, and the psychological tests. On the side of the intervening competence, a work plan was carried out under the framework of cognitive behavioral therapy, organized in online sessions for 6 months. This plan was carried out under the supervision of registered psychologists with more experience in the clinic area. Finally, the competency evaluate was developed through a workshop carried out in the Psychology and Integral Development course (Faculty of Psychology), whose main objective was that the students outline their academic goals in relation to their personal values. Objectives, indicators and means of verification were established to evaluate the intervention carried out. Mixed results were obtained, some objectives were achieved, while others were partially achieved. From this, different recommendations were formulated for future interventions within this population.
