Abstract
La experiencia del usuario desempeña un papel fundamental en la
creación y éxito de plataformas de canales de venta y subasta de arte
digital. Estos productos han revolucionado la manera en cómo se
compran muchas cosas hoy en día, debido al encierro que vivimos en la
pandemia del 2020. Una interfaz intuitiva, amigable y relevante no solo
atrae a más usuarios, sino que también contribuye a la rápida adopción y
crecimiento de la plataforma. En este trabajo podremos ver como un
Design System bien logrado es base para la creación de activos digitales
como el ecommerce de Belcorp. Además veremos como la experiencia de
usuario es clave para flujos donde requiere interacción de diferentes
audiencias como en el caso de las subastas. Por ellos se debe
comprender sus preferencias, problemas y comportamientos, para la
creación de interfaces y funcionalidades que sean intuitivas y
satisfactorias que concluyan en la fidelidad a la plataforma. Además la
retroalimentación constante de los usuarios y la investigación de
mercado permiten ajustar y mejorar el producto a lo largo del tiempo, lo
que es esencial en un entorno digital en constante evolución.

These products have revolutionized the way many things are purchased today, especially given the lockdown experienced during the 2020 pandemic. An intuitive, userfriendly, and relevant interface not only attracts more users but also contributes to the rapid adoption and growth of the platform. In this work, we will explore how a well-crafted Design System forms the foundation for the creation of digital assets, such as Belcorp's e-commerce. Additionally, we will examine how user experience is crucial for flows that involve interaction from diverse audiences, as seen in the case of auctions. Understanding their preferences, issues, and behaviors is essential for designing interfaces and functionalities that are intuitive and satisfying, ultimately leading to platform loyalty. Furthermore, constant user feedback and market research allow for adjustments and improvements to the product over time, which is crucial in a digitally evolving environment.
