Resumen
En el desarrollo de la presente tesis se realizó el diagnóstico operativo empresarial de
la empresa Sociedad Agrícola Don Luis S.A.C con el objetivo principal de elaborar un
conjunto de propuestas de mejoras, que ayudarán a incrementar la competitividad,
rentabilidad, y sostenibilidad de la empresa. La tesis abarca el diagnóstico de las operaciones
productivas de la empresa, así como el análisis y las propuestas de mejora planteadas. La
información fue proporcionada por los equipos de producción y administración de la
empresa.
Dentro del diagnóstico elaborado, se revisaron los hitos de la gestión de las
operaciones productivas de Sociedad Agrícola Don Luis S.A.C, lo cual permitió definir las
estrategias que fortalecerán la orientación hacia la calidad del producto entregado al
consumidor final. En la revisión de los procesos operativos ejecutados en la producción y
exportación de uva de mesa y palto se describe el funcionamiento del área de producción y su
interacción con las áreas de soporte encargadas de brindar los recursos necesarios para el
cumplimiento de las programaciones y proyecciones de venta. A lo largo del desarrollo de
todos los capítulos de la presente tesis, se resaltan las mejoras que son necesarias que se
implementen en el área productiva para aumentar la productividad y rentabilidad de la
empresa, todo ello orientado al uso eficiente de sus recursos y al aseguramiento de sus
operaciones enfocadas en el cliente y en la minimización de riesgos.
Con la implementación de las propuestas de mejora se pretende reforzar el concepto
de eficiencia en todas las áreas de la empresa manteniendo las ventajas competitivas de la
organización que se enfoca en diversificar su oferta mediante la siembra de variedades
novedosas de frutales, cumplir con los estándares de calidad requeridos por los principales
mercados mundiales mediante la obtención de certificaciones internacionales y protocolos
internos, y posicionamiento de la marca Don Luis con técnicas de manejo de conservación de
productos perecibles abocadas a asegurar una larga vida de anaquel
In the development of the present thesis, the diagnosis of operations has been completed by the business Society Agricultural Don Luis S.A.C with the principal objective to elaborate a set of proposals of improvement for the same, the knowledge acquired through the mastery of strategic administration of companies, which will help increase the competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability in companies. This thesis which encompasses the diagnosis of all the productive operations of the company, as well as the analysis and proposals offered for betterment. The information has been provided by the production and administrative team of this company. Within the elaborated diagnosis, the milestones of conduct from the productive operations in Society Agricultural Don Luis S.A, which permitted define the strategies that could fortify the orientation toward the product quality given to the final consumer. In the operational process audit executed within the production and exportation of table grapes and avocados, describes the function of the areas of production and its interaction with the other areas of support in charge to provide the resources necessary to fulfill the programming and projections of sales. Throughout the development of all thesis, we have highlighted the necessities that are simply needed in the area of production to increase the fruitfulness and rentability of the company, all of it orientated to the efficient use of its resource, the assurance of its operations focused on its clients and the minimization of risks. With the proposals implemented for improvement pretended to reinforce the concept of efficiency in all the areas of the company, sustaining the competitive advantages in the organization that focuses to diversify its offer through planting new varieties of fruits, comply with the quality standards required by the main global markets through obtaining international certifications, internal protocols, and positioning the Don Luis brand with handling techniques for conservation of perishable products doomed to ensure a long life on the shelf
