Abstract
Abordar el tema de habilidades socioemocionales en la educación resalta de
relevancia en el proceso de aprendizaje. En este contexto, es crucial explorar las
estrategias que las docentes utilizan en el aula para fomentar el desarrollo de
habilidades socioemocionales, reconociendo el rol docente como un pilar fundamental
en la formación integral de los estudiantes. Asimismo, la investigación examina las
estrategias que los docentes utilizan para desarrollar de habilidades
socioemocionales en niños y niñas del aula de primer grado mediante la pregunta:
¿Qué estrategias aplican los docentes para desarrollar habilidades socioemocionales
en estudiantes de primer grado en el contexto de las interacciones en aula? A partir
de esto, el objetivo principal primero es identificar, segundo describirlas para
finalmente analizar las estrategias que aplican los docentes para desarrollar
habilidades socioemocionales en estudiantes de primer grado durante las
interacciones en el aula de clases. Cabe indicar que la metodología empleada es
cualitativa de tipo descriptivo, aplicando el instrumento de entrevista. Con respecto a
las conclusiones, los resultados destacan estrategias docentes efectivas, como la
comunicación emocional y la promoción de empatía, para desarrollar habilidades
socioemocionales en estudiantes de primer grado. Además, el papel clave de las
docentes y estrategias como observación e imitación emergen como fundamentales.
Addressing the topic of socioemotional skills in education highlights its relevance in the learning process. In this context, it is crucial to explore the strategies that teachers employ in the classroom to promote the development of socioemotional skills, recognizing the teaching role as a fundamental pillar in the comprehensive education of students. Likewise, the research examines the strategies that teachers use to develop socioemotional skills in boys and girls in the first-grade classroom through the question: What strategies do teachers apply to develop socioemotional skills in firstgrade students in the context of classroom interactions? From this, the primary objective is to identify, describe, and finally analyze the strategies that teachers apply to develop socioemotional skills in first-grade students during classroom interactions. It is worth noting that the methodology employed is qualitative and descriptive, utilizing the interview instrument. Regarding the conclusions, the results highlight effective teaching strategies, such as emotional communication and the promotion of empathy, to develop socioemotional skills in first-grade students. Additionally, the crucial role of teachers and strategies like observation and imitation emerge as fundamental.
