Resumen
La empresa de servicios de metalmecánica Fixer Servicios Generales SAC, se encarga
de ofrecer sus productos principalmente clientes del sector minero, enfrentando una
disminución de las ventas en el año 2014 a consecuencia de la contracción en la demanda de
minerales. La empresa se plantea como visión convertirse en líder en cuanto a la calidad de
sus productos, atendiendo al mercado nacional e incrementando sus ventas, ya que contará
con empleados calificados para generar un rendimiento atractivo para los inversionistas.
En concordancia con la visión se han desarrollado cuatro objetivos de largo plazo y 11
objetivos a corto plazo que cubren el período 2015-2025. Para lograr esto se han diseñado
estrategias, entre las que se tiene crear nuevos productos cada año, así como atender a otros
segmentos del mercado, especialmente al sector construcción y el de agroindustria,
diversificando la cartera actual de clientes. Así mismo, es necesario integrar la logística de
aprovisionamiento con los procesos, utilizando tecnología que permita el manejo de datos en
tiempo real.
En el año 2025, Fixer tendrá una nueva estructura, vigilando la calidad y la seguridad
en todas sus labores. Con empleados retenidos, gracias al excelente clima laboral y a ofrecer
contratos de tiempo indeterminado, pero sin incrementar los costos fijos porque habrán
contratos permanentes que permitirán tener a la mano de obra ocupada, así como hacer uso
intensivo de la capacidad instalada, que tendrá que ser ampliada durante los próximos años
para albergar proyectos de gran dimensión.
The metallurgical services company Fixer SAC General Services is responsible for providing its products mainly mining clients, facing a decline in sales in 2014 as a result of the contraction in the demand for minerals.
