In Peru, there are 1.7 million people with rare, rare, and orphan diseases, who have difficulties in acquiring prescribed medications, due to various supply conditions in the pharmaceutical market. The objective of this research was to find a comprehensive solution to this social problem, as well as for anyone who demands medicines, through a digital system (platform or application) of location, price comparison and availability of medicines at points of sale. legal. The results of the research on the target audience clearly show that it is not just a problem of prices or misinformation. 87% of the surveyed sample validates the hypothesis, assessing the location, price comparison and updated availability of medicines, as this way they avoid a long and stressful search routine, which can even aggravate their state of health or lead them to buy alternatives. of doubtful origin. To validate the hypothesis, interviews were structured with patients with the conditions described, regular buyers and apothecaries, to design the product, a series of agile tools were used such as: the 6x6 canvas, meta-user roadmap, user experience map, blank canvas sprint and prototype. Finally, it is shown that the project is financially viable with a high Net Present Value (NPV) (S/. 4'263,606), is scalable at the national and regional level due to the similar social realities in Latin America and is sustainable because it contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for health and well-being and the reduction of inequalities.
