Resumen
En el presente trabajo, se elabora el Planeamiento Estratégico de San Fernando S.A.,
el cual es el resultado de un profundo análisis de los aspectos externos e internos de la
empresa, como son fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas. A través de este
análisis, se elaboran las matrices que permitirán elegir las estrategias que llevarán a San
Fernando a la visión futura deseada mediante el logro de los objetivos de corto y largo plazo
trazados. Para ello, San Fernando asumirá nuevos retos para cambiar su actual estrategia de
negocios que le permitirá incrementar su rentabilidad a través de la diversificación de nuevas
líneas de negocios con valor agregado, que se visualiza de manera holística en el Plan
Estratégico Integral, el cual sintetiza los análisis efectuados en los capítulos respectivos, y
que se debe implementar para alcanzar el futuro deseado
In the following essay, the Strategic Planing of San Fernando S.A. is elaborated; which is the result of a thorough analysis of the external and internal aspects of the company such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Through this analysis, the matrices that will be elaborated, will allow to choose the strategies that lead to San Fernando to the desire future vision by achieving the short and long term goals that are proposed. Therefore, San Fernando will have to assume new challenges to change its current business model that will allow to generate greater profitability through diversification of new business lines with added value that is displayed in a holistic manner in the Integral Strategic Plan, which summarizes the analyzes made in the respective chapters, and that should be implemented to achieve the desired future
