Restaurant Gourmet Sensaciones.
This project provides a proposed solution to the problems faced by visually impaired people in the labor inclusion of Peruvian society. This proposal is presented as a sustainable and innovative business model called Restaurant Gourmet Sensations. Restaurant Gourmet Sensations will offer its consumers sensory experiences through Peruvian gastronomy, culture and customs. The experience inside the restaurant will be based on the senses of touch, smell, taste, hearing and sight, as the lights will be turned off. In addition, a job opportunity will be provided to 50% of the visually impaired workers and 50% of the non-visually impaired; or with society by showing that it is possible to be a more inclusive country, since visually impaired people will be able to develop other activities, with soft skills being their main resource thanks to the constant training they will receive. The first year will see the opening of a strategically located store in Cusco, a historic and highly touristic city, with an initial investment of S/. 1,732,500 soles, of which 8% will be contributed by shareholders and 92% will be loaned by creditors. Then, starting in the third year, the store located in the city of Lima will be opened. Finally, in the fourth year, the third store will be opened in the heroic city of Tacna. Restaurant Gourmet Sensations projects a VAN of more than S/. 5.8 million soles and a TIR of 42% by the fifth year of operation. In addition, during that time, it is estimated to provide social income of more than S/ 2.8 million soles to approximately 30 visually impaired people who are currently part of Peru's economically inactive population.
