Lima society in Peru has high crime rates such as threats, intimidation, mistreatment, and sexual assault, mainly affecting women. The female population of Peru seeks to increase their educational level by migrating to the capital Lima, where they face a very complex and insecure housing search experience. The AMAZONAS business proposal will provide a safe search experience aimed at university women, through a web and mobile digital platform, where they can register and then search for their homes according to their preferences. The value of this business proposal will generate social impact for the benefit of SDG 5 with a projected social NPV of S/20'641,670. Its economic impact will have a projected NPV of S/2'119,159 and its IRR will be 51%, after five years. In addition, we highlight the importance of this business plan as it will contribute to security within the process of searching and renting homes for female students in Lima-Peru who are exposed to the danger that lurks in our country. Finally, it is expected to scale the project at a national level, in the field of tourism and for the female student segment in Latin American countries, contributing to the safety of women who live alone.
