Resumen
El presente trabajo aplicativo final, Planeamiento Estratégico de la Industria de Telas
de Camélidos, ha sido elaborado con el fin de dar un aporte a industria en mención y a la vez
lograr que sea un referente mundial de telas de alta moda y calidad. Este plan busca enfocarse
en pilares importantes, tales como el volumen de ventas, la rentabilidad neta y el aporte al
crecimiento del empleo de la industria. En los últimos años se ha incrementado el volumen de
venta de telas de alpaca y la venta de fibra de vicuña hacia el exterior, además de que dichas
telas o fibras son preferidas por empresas de alta costura y moda.
Para desarrollar el plan estratégico, se ha seguido el modelo secuencial del proceso
estratégico (D’Alessio, 2015) a partir del cual se ha propuesto una nueva visión y misión,
valores y código de ética. Todos ellas han servido como pilares para el resto de análisis,
estrategias y objetivos propuestos. Mediante el estudio del entorno y el análisis interno, se ha
podido identificar factores claves de éxito, que han servido para establecer estrategias. Para el
cumplimiento de las estrategias, se han definido objetivos, tanto a largo como a corto plazo,
los cuales han sido distribuidos en un tablero de control balanceado con el fin de controlar la
puesta en marcha del plan.
Finalmente, el éxito en la implementación y ejecución de las estrategias planteadas
dependerá de la actitud y posición que tome la alta dirección de la industria de telas de
camélidos para proponer e impulsar el cambio y sostenerlo a lo largo del tiempo de manera
indefinida. Por otro lado, es importante apoyar las diversas acciones, asignando los recursos
necesarios y oportunos que garanticen su éxito, así como mantener una buena relación e
integración con los actores de la cadena de valor, con el debido cuidado con el medio
ambiente y la comunidad. Para 2027, la industria de telas de camélidos será un referente en
todo el mundo
The current final application work, Strategic Planning of Camelids Clothing Industry in Peru, has been made in order to give a contribution to the mentioned industry and in order to get to be a guide worldwide in high fashion clothing and quality. This plan seeks to focus in important pillars such as: sales volume, net profitability and the contribution to the employment growth in the industry. In the last years, the sales volume of alpaca clothing and the sale of vicuña fibers have increased abroad, besides, these clothings or fibers are the favorites in high fashion enterprises. In order to develop the strategic plan, the sequential model of the strategic process has been followed (D'Alessio, 2015), from this point on, a new view and mission, values and ethics code have been proposed and they have been useful as pillars for the rest of the analysis, proposed objectives and strategies. Key points for success have been identified in the study of the environment and interior analysis. These have contributed to establish strategies Long-term objectives and short- term objectives have been determined in order to comply with strategies. They have been distributed in a board of balanced control in order to control the start- up of the plan. Finally, the success in the implementation and execution of the planned strategies will depend on the attitude and position that the top management of Clothing Industry of Camelids takes in order to propose and propel the change and maintain it over the years indefinitely By the other hand, it is important to support different actions designating the required resources and timely to guarantee the success; to maintain a good relationship and integration with the actors of value chain with the appropriate care of the environment and community.
