Abstract
a matrículas.
ayuda financiera y actividades extracurriculares.
The present work provides a comprehensive analysis of the Chiclayo campus of Zegel Business School, utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to assess its current situation, identify challenges and opportunities, and propose strategic solutions. The SWOT analysis highlights strengths such as an experienced faculty, modern infrastructure, diversified educational offerings, support from Intercorp, and strategic location. Weaknesses include centralized sales attention, low student retention, lack of visibility in educational rankings, bureaucratic processes, and limited innovation in curricula. Opportunities include international partnerships and the growing demand for online education. Threats encompass high competition, changes in educational financing policies, and demographic shifts. The External Factor Evaluation (EFE) and Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrices assessed the external opportunities and threats, as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses. The Pareto Diagram and Ishikawa Model identified and prioritized key issues, such as ineffective communication of the institution's value and inadequate management of customer relationships. Proposed strategic solutions include improving marketing and communication by developing more engaging content for social media and other digital platforms, which results in an NPV of 3,143,303.85 and an IRR of 137% over five years. It is recommended to strengthen customer relationship management (CRM) through a robust system to ensure a higher conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments. Updating and diversifying curricula to align with market demands and technological advancements is also suggested, along with exploring opportunities for international partnerships and expanding the institution's presence in other regions. Finally, student retention programs such as academic advising, financial aid, and extracurricular activities are emphasized.
