Resumen
Antes del COVID-19, el 67% de los peruanos buscaban ingresos adicionales con el
fin de mejorar su calidad de vida. La pandemia ha incrementado el desempleo por lo que
muchos peruanos buscan alternativas para subsistir, no obstante, carecen de conocimiento y
recursos para emprender un negocio. Además, esta crisis ha incrementado las horas
trabajadas, disminuyendo el tiempo para realizar actividades cotidianas. Una de las fortalezas
y oportunidades del país, es el rubro gastronómico por el nivel de ingresos que genera.
Esta tesis plantea como solución la plataforma Mikcha que busca conectar la demanda
de comida casera con cocineros que satisfagan dicha demanda. El modelo está soportado en
tecnología que facilitara la autogestión de la venta de platos, entrega del pedido, pago del
servicio y escalabilidad del negocio, para el cual se han elaborado prototipos a fin de validar
la usabilidad y viabilidad de la solución. También se muestra el análisis financiero
proyectado con un flujo de caja a 10 años obteniendo retornos de TIRE de 79% y TIRF de
213% atractivos para los inversionistas y reflejando un proyecto viable financieramente; por
la parte social, la solución impacta en el ODS #8: Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico,
cuyo objetivo es crear empleos decentes para todas las personas y así puedan mejorar su
calidad de vida; además, facilita un medio para los que necesiten obtener una fuente de
ingreso y emprender su propio negocio a futuro, por lo que el modelo de negocio es rentable
financiera y socialmente.
Before COVID-19, 67% of Peruvians were looking for additional income in order to improve their quality of life. The pandemic has increased unemployment, therefore many Peruvians are looking for alternatives to survive, however, they lack the knowledge and resources to start a business. In addition, this crisis has increased the number of hours worked, reducing the time to carry out daily activities. One of the strengths and opportunities of the country is the gastronomic sector due to the level of the income that generates. This thesis proposes as a solution Mikcha platform that seeks to connect the demand for homemade food with chefs who satisfy it. The model is supported by technology that will facilitate self-management of the sale, delivery of the order, payment of the service and scalability of the business, for which prototypes have been developed in order to validate the usability and viability of the solution. The financial analysis projected with a 10-year cash flow is also shown, obtaining returns of EIRR of 79% and TIRF of 213% attractive to investors and reflecting a financially viable project; on the social side, the solution impacts on SDG # 8: Decent work and economic growth, whose objective is to create decent jobs for all people and thus improve their quality of life. In addition, it provides an opportunity for those who need to obtain a source of income and start their own business in the future, therefore the business model is financially and socially profitable.
