Resumen
La dificultad para encontrar estacionamientos en la ciudad de Lima, principalmente en
los distritos de Miraflores, Surco y San Isidro, es un problema social relevante (PSR) que se
abarca en esta tesis para lo cual se ha planteado una solución que tendrá un impacto tanto en
los propietarios de estacionamientos como en los propietarios vehículos particulares que no
logran ubicar con facilidad dichos espacios.
La solución que se ha planteado para el PSR, es la implementación de una aplicación
móvil (App) que permita a los usuarios una fácil búsqueda de estacionamientos, cuya
principal característica será mostrarles la disponibilidad y darles la opción de poder reservar
el espacio. Así mismo, el proyecto permite que los propietarios de los espacios o
estacionamientos sean parte de la solución, pues ellos ofrecerían los espacios a través del
App. De acuerdo al análisis realizado el cual se detalla en la tesis, este proyecto es viable
económicamente dado que el VAN en los primeros cinto años es de S/ 4,020,635.38
considerando que se tendrá un crecimiento en el alcance, llegando a quince distritos durante
los cinco años. Así mismo se tiene un impacto social debido a que se impacta dos de las ODS
con un IRS del 70% y un VANS de S/ 7,848,423.27, se considera dentro de los principales
impactos sociales los siguientes, ahorro en tiempo, seguridad, ahorro de combustible y
reducción de CO2.
The problem to find parking spaces in Lima City, mainly in the districts from Miraflores, Surco and San Isidro, is a Relevant Social Problem (RSP) that is covered in this Tesis, where we have proposed a solution that will have an impact in the parking’s owners and owners of private vehicles who cannot find easily this spaces. The solution that has been proposed for the RSP is the implementation of a mobile application (App) that allows users to facilitate the search for parking, whose main characteristic will be to show them the availability and give them the option to reserve the space. Likewise, the project allows the owners of the spaces or parking lots to be part of the solution, since they would offer the spaces through the App. According to the analysis that is detailed in this document, this project is ecomically viable give that the VAN in the first five years is S/ 4,020,635.38 considering that there will be a growth in scope, reaching fifteen districts in five years. Likewise, there is a social impact because two of the ODS are impacted with an IRS of 70% and a VANS of S/ 7,848,423.27, the following are considered among the main social impacts: time savings, security, fuel savings and CO2 reduction.
