La especial protección de la madre trabajadora en el ordenamiento peruano y su relación con el derecho a la igualdad

Abstract

El presente artículo de investigación tiene como finalidad estudiar la especial protección de la madre trabajadora en el Perú y su relación con el derecho a la igualdad de trato entre hombres y mujeres. Para ello hemos abordado el estudio de las distintas normas jurídicas nacionales e internacionales que regulan la protección de la madre trabajadora y por otro lado, se ha analizado el contenido esencial del derecho a la igualdad y las acciones positivas y discriminación inversa a partir de las normas materia de análisisThe purpose of this research article is to study the special protection of the working mother in Peru’s legal system and its relationship with the right to equal treatment between men and women. For this we have approached the study of the different national and international laws that regulate the protection of the working mother and on the other hand, we have analyzed the essential content of the right to equality and positive actions and inverse discrimination based on the laws analyzed.
