Our work presents a business solution that addresses a current social problem in the country, according to the World Health Organization in 2016 in Peru, 58% of citizens suffered from overweight and 21% from obesity. Also, according to IPSOS (2019) in recent periods, an increase in poor diet has been detected in people between 25 to 50 years of age of NSE A and B especially in the department of Lima. In addition, 79% of Peruvians show little balance in their food intake, presenting obesity. Therefore, we focus this project on people who maintain a poor diet in Metropolitan Lima and have little time. The solution is that people have a tool in their cell phone that allows them to have learning facilities and acquisition of ingredients for proper balanced and guaranteed food easily and above all allowing them to optimize the time in their daily lives. It consists of a mobile application called "Balance" that will offer a variety of healthy recipes with preparation tutorials which are validated and verified by a professional nutritionist. In addition, this application will provide the list of ingredients with the possibility of having them delivered to the customer's door, allowing the customer to optimize their time and use it for other activities. Balance is socially sustainable because it has an impact on people's daily lives, allowing them to balance their diet and reducing the mental stress generated by shopping for food for the week, waiting in long lines at supermarkets and saving valuable time for other activities, such as sports, studies, etc. It also generates an impact on customers by providing them with adequate healthy recipes, giving them and their families food security. In the same way, it promotes fair trade with wholesalers and small producers. These impacts are aligned with SDGs 2 and 8. Finally, this proposal is financially viable since we start with an investment of S/992,140.88 and increase sales volume with exponential financial flows in a five-year projection, with an economic NPV of S/. 1,640,273.73, which at an exchange rate of 3.8 can obtain an NPV of $431,650.98, with an IRR of 76%.
