Abstract
La presente investigación realizada corresponde al ámbito de Recursos Humanos, tiene como
propósito dar a conocer una alternativa de acompañamiento en el proceso de recolocación
laboral dirigido a profesionales que no necesariamente tengan varios años de experiencia.
Este acompañamiento contribuye a desarrollar destrezas, al igual que capacidades necesarias
y reconocidos como filtros para puestos de trabajo en el mercado laboral. Los aspectos
tenidos en cuenta tienen su base en las opiniones recogidas de entrevistas realizadas en una
etapa inicial y luego se fue dando forma a una plataforma que tomo el nombre de Capacitate
Online.
Así mismo, en el presente trabajo se han tomado en cuenta los aspectos propios de
deseabilidad, factibilidad y viabilidad respecto de otras alternativas cercanas en el mercado
mas no similares por lo que la herramienta diseñada incluidos otros aspectos como por
ejemplo especialistas y talleres asincrónicos asociados dentro de nuestra página web han sido
comprobados.
Finalmente, en los últimos dos últimos capítulos se hace una breve exposición del aspecto
social que toca nuestro modelo de negocio, así como de los pasos a seguir hasta su
implementación.
The present research belongs the field of Human Resources, the purpose is to show an alternative into the job relocation process. This is aimed to professionals who are beginning to have jobs experience. This support focus in developing skills, as well as necessary capacities and recognized as filters to get a job position. All aspects has been based on the opinions collected from interviews carried out in initial stage and then we develope a platform: Capacitate Online. In the same way, the aspects of desirability, feasibility and viability have been taken into account with respect to other close alternatives in the market. It is importan to say these are not similar. The website includes other aspects such as asynchronous workshops and get in touch with trainer staff. Finally, in the last two chapters there is a brief presentation of the effect into the social aspect our business model, likewise the following steps until its implementation.
