Resumen
La rotación laboral en las empresas del sector asegurado de Cusco ha generado interés
porque el mercado laboral nacional se ha visto afectado por un similar problema en los
últimos años; sin embargo, no en todos los rubros locales se han alcanzado niveles tan altos
como los manejados actualmente por este giro de negocio. Es por ello que se ha considerado
oportuno llevar a cabo un estudio al respecto entre las organizaciones que operan en dicha
ciudad ofertando diversos ramos de seguros y cuyos gerentes de agencia, así como
responsables de fuerzas de ventas estuvieran dispuestos a brindar información, teniendo
además en consideración que por el momento este asunto no ha evidenciado mayores
progresos.
En tal sentido, la investigación realizada abordó el tema desde un enfoque cualitativo
encontrando que la rotación laboral del sector en cuestión es afectada por causas tanto de tipo
personal como de tipo organizacional. En vista de los resultados obtenidos es preciso
entonces que los principales directivos así como sus colaboradores tomen nota de tales
hallazgos para efectuar los correctivos respectivos y conseguir mejoras en el tema dentro un
periodo de tiempo razonable, para lo cual se debe también reparar en los costos asociados, la
satisfacción laboral, el compromiso organizacional, la satisfacción del cliente, entre otros.
Finalmente, vale destacar que cualquier acción que pretenda conseguir una mejora al
respecto dentro las organizaciones del rubro escogido debe partir de un debido
reconocimiento de la importancia que posee en la actualidad el factor humano para un
desempeño exitoso en los negocios, lo cual se vuelve incluso más relevante teniendo en
consideración la competitividad que habrá en el sector en vista del alentador crecimiento
proyectado para éste
Turnover in Cusco's sector insurance companies has generated interest because the domestic labor market has been affected by a similar problem in recent years, but not all local areas have reached levels as high as those currently handled this line of business. That is why it was considered appropriate to conduct a study on the subject among organizations operating in this city offering several insurance and whose branch managers and responsible for sales forces were willing to provide information, also taking consider that by the time this issue has not demonstrated further progress. In this regard, research addressed the issue with a qualitative approach finding that worker turnover in the sector concerned is affected for reasons both personal and organizational type. In view of the results obtained must then key executives and their colleagues take note of these findings to make the respective corrections and make improvements on the subject within a reasonable period of time for which it must also repair in associated costs, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, customer satisfaction, among others. Finally, it noted that any action that seeks to achieve an improvement thereon within organizations for the category chosen must be based on due recognition of the importance that today the human factor for successful business performance, which becomes even more relevant taking into account the competitiveness in the sector will be given the encouraging growth projected for this
