Resumen
A partir de la pandemia por el COVID-19, las escuelas tuvieron que pasar de la
presencialidad a una modalidad virtual, realizando diversas adaptaciones para tal
efecto. El COVID-19 es la enfermedad causada por el nuevo coronavirus conocido
como SARS-CoV-2 este es un virus altamente contagioso y los síntomas pueden
llevar a la muerte muy rápido por ende el gobierno decidió entrar a un estado de
emergencia y pidió que toda la población respete la cuarentena en sus casas hasta
que los casos de covid-19 sean menos perjudiciales para nuestra salud.
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo Analizar las estrategias que utilizan las
docentes para manejar el estrés causado por el uso de las TIC en una I.E inicial del
distrito de Miraflores durante la educación a distancia. Esta es una investigación de
enfoque cualitativo y de nivel descriptivo, se utilizó la metodología de estudio de
casos. Las fuentes para el recojo de información consideradas para esta investigación
fueron las docentes de una sección de 3 años de nivel de Inicial. La técnica utilizada
fue la entrevista a las docentes. Este estudio estuvo dirigido a explicar el estrés
docente asociado con el uso de las TIC en una I.E del distrito de Miraflores del nivel
inicial durante la educación a distancia y a describir las estrategias docentes de
inteligencia y regulación emocional para manejar el estrés por el uso de las TIC en la
referida institución educativa. En la presente investigación se evidencia la importancia
de las estrategias emocionales en los docentes para manejar el estrés docente y las
consecuencias del uso constante de las TIC.
As of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools had to go from on-site classes to a virtual modality, making many adaptations for this purpose. COVID-19 is the disease caused by the new coronavirus known as SARS-CoV-2, this is a highly contagious virus and the symptoms can lead to death very quickly, therefore the government decided to enter a state of emergency and asked that the entire population respects the quarantine in their homes until the cases of covid-19 are less harmful to our health. The objective of this research is to analyze the strategies used by teachers to reduce the stress caused by the use of ICT in a school of the district of Miraflores during online learning. This is a research with a qualitative approach and a descriptive level, the methodology used was a case study. The sources for the collection of information considered for this research were the teachers of a 3-year section of the Initial level. The technique used was the interview with the teachers. This study was aimed at explaining the teaching stress associated with the use of ICTs in an institution from a district of Miraflores at the initial level during online learning and describing the strategies of emotional intelligence and emotional regulation to face stress due to the use of ICTs in teachers. This research shows the importance of emotional strategies in teachers to combat teacher stress and the consequences of the use of ICT.
