Abstract
escenario optimista.
Adecco, a Swiss-origin company with a branch in Peru, is dedicated to personnel staffing and specializes in providing intermediary and outsourcing services across its different lines of business nationwide. The consultancy has been developed with the purpose of providing a solution to the central problem, identifying the possible causes that originate it and directly affect the operational efficiency and profitability due to non-compliance with the established timelines in the requested profiles by clients. To determine this main problem, the complexity vs benefit matrix was applied, which was reinforced with the information obtained from interviews conducted with two leaders of the organization. After understanding the causes of the problem through the Ishikawa diagram and analyzing improvement opportunities using the FACTIS tool, an implementation plan based on the restructuring strategy was executed. With the selected alternative, the goal is to improve response times in addressing client requirements to the target indicator of 10 days. The solution implementation consists of nine specific activities, which were plotted on a 13-week Gantt chart, requiring an investment ranging from S/100,582 to S/378,628. The proposed solution was evaluated economically and financially to determine its viability. A positive net present value (NPV) was obtained in both pessimistic and optimistic scenarios, with results of S/849,680 and S/18'671,387, respectively. Furthermore, the internal rate of return (IRR) surpasses the opportunity cost, being 4.50% in the pessimistic scenario and 57.88% in the optimistic scenario.
