Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como labor fundamental contribuir con el desarrollo
socioeconómico del sector de transporte público y privado a través de la creación de una
aplicación digital cuya plataforma propicie la integración de factores y actores que promuevan la
seguridad, calidad, garantía y eficiencia de los servicios que brindan los talleres mecánicos.
Este proyecto surge ante la necesidad de los conductores de cubrir eventos fortuitos; ya
sea ocasionados por desperfectos en el funcionamiento del vehículo o por actividades de
prevención y mantenimiento en establecimientos garantizados que optimicen el tiempo del
servicio y muestren una política de precios más transparente.
Dicha facilitación proveerá indirectamente una adecuada infraestructura y servicios en las
redes de mecánicas automotrices que atiendan debidamente la creciente demanda de usuarios
cada vez más exigentes en sus requerimientos y necesidades (Kotler, 2016).
De este modo, el aplicativo Meca proveerá información valiosa y en tiempo real al
usuario para que pueda tomar una decisión más acertada sobre locales de servicios mecánicos
cercanos, garantizados, con precios definidos y abiertos al público, idóneos para que realicen
revisiones, mantenimientos y reparaciones de sus vehículos de manera temprana y oportuna.
Para evaluar la deseabilidad del proyecto, se empleó el diseño de investigación de
análisis descriptivo basado en encuestas principalmente con el objetivo de identificar las
características del público objetivo, tanto de los conductores de vehículos como de los talleres
mecánicos.
Finalmente, los resultados obtenidos del análisis financiero nos llevan a concluir que
ejecutar el proyecto es viable.

Finally, the results obtained from the financial analysis lead us to conclude that executing the project is viable.
