Resumen
El presente documento tiene por objetivo el reportar y evidenciar el nivel de logro de
las competencias del perfil del licenciado en Psicología de la Paontificia Universidad Católica
del Perú, diagnóstica. interviene y evalúa, por medio de las experiencias en las prácticas
preprofesionales realizadas en el área de reclutamiento y selección de una consultora de
recursos humanos. Respecto a la competencia diagnostica, se halló la necesidad de indagar la
situación en torno al conocimiento del proceso de reclutamiento y selección de los equipos del
área con pocos meses de permanencia a través de un cuestionario. Los resultados indicaron que
los equipos contaban con conocimientos suficientes, pero necesitaban reforzar algunos puntos
del proceso, en consecuencia, ello contribuyó al accionar de la consultora a comenzar a generar
intervenciones para cubrir dicha necesidad. En relación con la competencia interviene, se
realizó una dinámica de taller con el fin de mejorar la comunicación asertiva en un equipo del
área dada la necesidad identificada. La intervención obtuvo resultados positivos con el
aprendizaje de estrategias de comunicación y generación de autorreflexión en los participantes.
Por último, en lo que concierne a la competencia evalúa, se diseño un plan de evaluación de la
intervención mencionada en tanto esta serviría como herramienta de la consultora al ser
replicada de acuerdo con la necesidad. A través de un marco lógico, se esperaba como resultado
consecuente la mejora de la percepción de la comunicación en el equipo.
The present document has as objective to report and evidence the level of achievement of the competences that the profile of the licensed in Psychology by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú has, diagnose, intervene, and evaluate, through describing the experiences during preprofessional practices done in the area personal recruitment and selection of a human resources consulting firm. Regarding the diagnose competence, it was found the necessity to inquire about the situation about the knowledge of the process of recruitment and selection that the teams of the area with little time of permanence had through a questionnaire. The results showed that the teams had enough knowledge, however, they needed to work on some points of the process, in consequence, this helped the firm to act by generating interventions that answered the necessity. In relation to the intervene competence, there was a workshop that had as aim to improve assertive communication in a team of the area, since it was a necessity identified. The intervention obtained positive results since the participants learned communication strategies and self-reflected. Lastly, regarding the evaluate competence, an evaluation plan was designed about the intervention mentioned since it could help as a tool for the firm if they wished to mimic it if the necessity was found. Through the logical framework approach, it was expected that the perception of the team communication improved.
