This document is the result of a process of analysis and elaboration of the Hampikuy project (the one that cures everything) to function as the new line of business for Alerta Médica; which does not yet offer the convergence of technological innovations to attend medical problems in the most remote areas of Chiclayo. The general objective is to demonstrate that the Hampikuy project enables the technological integration of the service of drugstores, telemedicine and hospitals in itinerant buses for the benefit of the remote regions of Lambayeque: Oyotún, Reque and Eten. Hampikuy seeks to serve markets where it has been identified that medical attention is insufficient and unresponsive because they are too far away. The specific objective is to ensure that the majority of the inhabitants of these vulnerable areas use the assistance provided by the hospitals in Hampikuy's itinerant buses and telemedicine apps. Another specific objective is to establish a model that integrates Alerta Médica with the regional health management in Lambayeque. Hampikuy plans to serve 46.78% or 40,107 people insured with the SIS during the first year in the localities. We also recognize the consolidation of a public-private partnership offered by the Hampikuy project, which will be monitored by the contracting entity. This thesis is not restricted only to Lambayeque, because this business model makes it a replicable project for other provinces of a similar nature. According to the survey conducted among the population that could benefit from this project, 92% are willing to go to the traveling hospital and 82% agreed to complement their medical care with telemedicine and drugstore services. This project requires an initial investment of S/.1,871,008 soles, the economic results show a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/4,647,433, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 95.64% and a social NPV of S/4,671,033. Key words: Telemedicine, itinerant buses, medical service, Chiclayo, Hampikuy.
