Resumen
las estrategias y el desarrollo de la expresión oral en niños de 3 años. Considero
que durante esta etapa inicial es fundamental al ser base para fortalecer el
desarrollo y aprendizaje del individuo. Asimismo, a través de la expresión oral en
niños de 3 años, expresan sus pensamientos, inquietudes, motivaciones, intereses,
emociones y necesidades desde intercambios comunicativos con un contexto; para
ello, es importante poder reconocer estás las estrategias que utilizan las docentes
para promover el desarrollo de la expresión oral. Además, esta investigación
pretende como objetivo general analizar las estrategias docentes para el desarrollo
de la expresión oral niños de tres años en una Institución Educativa Pública de San
Miguel. De igual forma, se cuenta con dos objetivos específicos; por un lado,
caracterizar el desarrollo de la expresión oral en los niños de 3 años y, por otro lado,
describir las estrategias docentes para el desarrollo de la expresión oral. Asimismo,
la investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo y como técnica de recojo de información
está la entrevista y su instrumento guía de entrevista semiestructurada, así luego
de producirse el análisis de la información en base de autores y respuestas de las
docentes con la técnica de triangulación. Frente al desarrollo de la expresión oral,
las docentes muestran conocimiento, no obstante, se limita las etapas. Con respecto
a las estrategias docentes se evidencia mayor dominio y la aplicación de un abanico
de oportunidades de expresión oral.

Similarly, there are two specific objectives; On the one hand, to characterize the development of oral expression in 3-year-old children and, on the other hand, to describe the teaching strategies for the development of oral expression. Likewise, the research has a qualitative approach and as a technique for collecting information is the interview and its semistructured interview guide instrument, as well after the analysis of the information based on the authors and the teachers' responses with the triangulation technique. Faced with the development of oral expression, teachers show knowledge, however, the stages are limited. Regarding teaching strategies, there is evidence of greater mastery and the application of a range of oral expression opportunities.
