Abstract
La Sociedad de Beneficencia de Huancayo SBH es una institución de trayectoria en la
provincia, ya que desde hace años emprende acciones de índole social para el beneficio y apoyo
de la población más vulnerable de esta región geográfica. La SBH está compuesta de unidades de
negocio que funcionan a razón de suministrar sostenibilidad financiera a la misma. En este sentido,
la unidad de negocio con mayor responsabilidad en los ingresos y rendimiento de la SBH, es
Farmaben que con las mismas intenciones benéficas de la SBH comercializa productos
farmacéuticos cuyos usuarios finales son los pobladores de Huancayo en situación de riesgo. Sin
embargo, Farmaben ha dejado entrever diferentes problemas estructurales que se han traducido
principalmente en retrocesos competitivos, falencias en el clima laboral, desmotivación entre los
trabajadores y disminución de liquidez y auto sostenibilidad. Lo anterior es consecuencia del
cambio administrativo derivado de un funcionamiento público a uno privado, conduciendo a todo
este tipo de problemática. De cara a esta situación se formularon una serie de alternativas de
solución enfocadas en la gestión del recurso humano y la implementación de un tipo de gestión
por objetivos, con el fin de renovar la forma en cómo funciona y articula el actual recurso humano
de Farmaben. Así mismo, se diferenció una propuesta de valor que le permita retomar los espacios
competitivos y estimular la fidelidad de los clientes. Según la composición de las iniciativas,
Farmaben podrá retomar una posición competitiva en el mercado farmacéutico, además de
optimizar sus indicadores de rentabilidad y rendimiento anual.
The Huancayo Benevolent Society is an institution with a long history in the province, since for years it has been undertaking social actions for the benefit and support of the most vulnerable population in this geographic region. The SBH is made up of business units that function to provide financial sustainability to it. In this sense, the business unit with the greatest responsibility for the income and performance of the SBH is Farmaben, which, with the same charitable intentions as the SBH, markets pharmaceutical products, whose final users are the inhabitants of Huancayo in a situation of risk. However, Farmaben has hinted at different structural problems that have resulted mainly in competitive setbacks, shortcomings in the work environment, demotivation among workers and a decrease in liquidity and self-sustainability. The foregoing is a consequence of the administrative change derived from a public operation to a private one, leading to all this type of problem. Faced with this situation, a series of solution alternatives were formulated that focused on a transformation of the business model and the implementation of a type of management by objectives, in order to renew the way in which the current resource works and articulates. Farmaben human. Likewise, a value proposal was differentiated that allows it to resume competitive spaces and stimulate customer loyalty. Depending on the composition of the initiatives, Farmaben will be able to regain a competitive position in the pharmaceutical market, in addition to optimizing its profitability and annual performance indicators.
