Resumen
A través del presente informe se evidenciará las competencias desarrolladas por la estudiante
en dos centros de trabajo, de acuerdo al plan de estudios de Psicología. En cuanto a la competencia
interviene, se diseñó y ejecutó dos programas de intervención organizacional en una compañía para
promover el bienestar y la motivación de los colaboradores. Ambos son de carácter presencial y
virtual debido al contexto COVID-19, y las actividades planteadas se basaron en la Teoría de la
Autodeterminación (SDT) y la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas de la autonomía, competencia
y relación. Con respecto a la competencia evalua, se implementó un plan de evaluación en otro
centro laboral, para la selección de un puesto de alto mando de recursos humanos en correspondencia
al perfil solicitado por el cliente externo, y tomando en consideración los principios éticos del APA.
Dentro de las principales fases de evaluación definidas, se empleó como apoyo diferentes
herramientas y metodologías como el filtro de curriculum vitaes, la entrevista individual y grupal por
competencias, la aplicación e interpretación de pruebas psicométricas y proyectivas, la corroboración
de referencias laborales, la elaboración de informes psicolaborales y la entrevista final con el cliente
externo. Es así que la estudiante pudo aprender acerca de los diferentes procesos de recursos
humanos, y aplicar y continuar desarrollando las competencias adquiridas bajo el plan de estudios de
Psicología.
The following report will provide evidence about the development of competences by the student in two workplaces, according to the Psychology study plan. In respect of the interview competence, two intervention programs were designed and executed in order to promote the employee well-being and motivation. Both interventions were conducted on-site and virtually in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the executed activities were based on the Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and the satisfaction of basic psychological needs of autonomy, competence and relationship. Regarding the evaluate competence, an evaluation plan in other work center was implemented, for the selection of a head human resources job position according to the job profile requested by the client and the APA ethical principles. Among the main evaluation phases, different tools and methodologies were used, as the CV screening, the individual and group competency based interviews, the application and interpretation of psychometric and projective tests, the job references checking, the elaboration of workplace psychological assessment reports and the final interview with the client. Therefore, the student learned about the different human resources processes, and applied and continued to develop the competences of the Psychology study plan.
